Job Summary: To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are followed strictly, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, buyer communication, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Job Summary: Act as a representative for Arden Homes to the buying public, represent Arden through all construction phases, and guide the buyer from start to finish in the buying process. Inform buyers about our policies and procedures, our product compared to others, and the service we offer.
